Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Arena Relics. Each relic is created with care and intended to be a lasting collectible. Because of the handcrafted and limited nature of our products, all sales are considered final once an order has been placed.
1. Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse. Every Arena Relic is part of a limited production run, and we are unable to restock returned items.
If your relic arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at arenarelics@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
2. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, email arenarelics@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. If an exchange is approved and the item is no longer available, we may issue a refund instead.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you have not received your refund after that time, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us again.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund or replacement is approved, the original shipping fee will not be included.
If you are returning an approved damaged item, you may be responsible for covering return shipping depending on the situation.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are fulfilled or shipped. Once tracking information has been issued, cancellations cannot be processed. To request a cancellation, email arenarelics@gmail.com as soon as possible.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Arena Relics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered packages caused by address errors entered during checkout. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier to open an investigation.
7. Custom or Limited Editions
All custom-made or limited-edition relics are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
